I have changed systems for calendars and notebooks so many times. Maybe this simple one is best. I love notebooks, and smooth writing pens (I still use fountain pens). And I am eternally on a quest to be more organized. Seems to be a life-long challenge for me.

I have just put out an Oriole feeder handed down to me by a friend. It is orange-yellow and has places for jelly and an orange. However I do like the ideas in this post. The jelly is messy and rain washes it away. The idea of putting some orange halves in a nearby tree may do a better job of bringing the Orioles. Something to try!

My son-in-law told me many people confuse the Oriole for a Robin here in Missouri. Now that I've researched further I can see why.
